| Biography |
Marija Lakićević was born on January the 8th 1982, Kruševac. Marija has been living in Vrnjci Spa, since she was born and also there attended Elementary school ‘Popinski borci’. After that, she attended High school of Economics in Trstenik. 2004 she graduated in the Faculty of Trade and Banking ‘Janićije and Danica Karić’ (average score 10) and has been declared as valedictorian and scholar.
She erolled Master studies at Faculty of Economics in Kragujevac, Department for Theory and policy of economy development, where she got as a final average score 9,75. Finished her Master thesis titled Theory of Economic Cycles in 2009. She enrolled PhD studies at Faculty of Economics in Kragujevac. After passing all of the exams (average score 9,88), she finished PhD thesis titled Modern Approach to Management of Tourist Events in Rural Areas in 2013.
During her studies, Marija has been scholar of Ministry of Science and participated in projetcs of Institute of Economy in Belgrade.
Since October 2011, Marija has been working as a teaching assistant at Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism in Vrnjci Spa, University of Kragujevac. Since July 2013, Marija has become teching professor, Departmant for General Economy.
